€120 per hour is the basis for estimating and billing. Once the workflow is scoped, a fixed price can be agreed. Required licences and external services are agreed separately.
All quoted amounts are final prices. VAT-exempt under the Austrian small business scheme.

Will I need new software?
That depends on your current tools. We first check existing integration and automation options. Adding software is not a goal in itself.
What does AI enablement involve?
I help identify suitable tasks, assess tools, test a first use case and familiarise your team with it. This includes limitations, data access and reviewing results.
What about confidential business data?
Before implementation we establish what data is processed, who can access it and where it is handled. That informs whether a hosted service, self-hosting or a solution without AI is appropriate.
