€120 per hour is the reference rate. Following an assessment, we agree the systems covered, recurring tasks, time allowance, additional work and support terms. Unlimited support for all business IT is not included.
All quoted amounts are final prices. VAT-exempt under the Austrian small business scheme.
The initial consultation is free and comes with no obligation. Discuss your needs with me by phone, online or in person by appointment. Paid work only begins after agreement.

How does ongoing IT support begin?
I first review your existing systems and requirements. We then agree which systems, recurring tasks and time allowance are included, and how additional work and support are handled.
Can you take over from another provider?
This is possible after an initial review. Documentation, appropriate access and a coordinated handover are important.
Do you guarantee a response time?
I reply to new enquiries within 24 hours. Support response and resolution times are agreed separately. This does not imply a general 24/7 incident resolution service.
